I recently just closed a transaction where I represented the buyers and Janelle was the listing agent. After my first conversation i knew it would be a great transaction. She immediately answered my call, spoke with me in detail and answered all of my and my clients questions before we even submitted an offer. Not all agents will take the time to chat with you in depth especially in the midst of our busy season. Throughout the entire deal she was super communicative, professional, always responsive, and really just lovely to deal with. I think sometimes our clients don’t realize that having a great agent on both ends of the deal is advantageous to everyone involved, and that was certainly the case here. A big shout out to Janelle one of the best Agent I have met! Janelle went above and beyond to help me secure my first home in Bridgeport Ct, a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom , also a den/office, and helped me sell my house in record time! 😊. She is easy to talk to and knows every detail of her job, No second guessing about anything! I love her personally which makes it easy to do business with. I wish she was licensed everywhere so I could have her as my agent forever 😃. Janelle did a fantastic job and I want to tell her thank you soooooooo much Janelle! Janelle is an experienced and highly talented realtor. When my mom was ready to downsize and sell her home, Janelle listened carefully and took care of our every need - with professionalism and respect. She is an excellent communicator, and knows how to quickly buy or sell any home! We were delighted to have her as our realtor and highly recommend her. She is the best!
